What I’ve Eaten
- Eggplant tomato pasta sauce. Again.
- Spicy marinara sauce. Because my pasta to sauce ratio was awful, I had to make more sauce.
- Sautéed summer squash.
- Stewed tomatoes. The ‘non-compote’. I can’t get enough of these.
- Salsa with green tomatoes.
- Eggs with sautéed peppers. I topped this off with the aforementioned stewed tomatoes.
- Soup with leeks, fennel, celery and potatoes.
